The travel desk provided great assistance . Zuleiga helped plan three days of activities for my family. She even met us at the hotel, this was very thoughtful. Redhaa, the tour guide, was knowledgeable and punctual, he offered great suggestions..
The room lacked an ironing board and a working lamp. I requested an ironing board, but I received a broken one. The lamp also had no light bulb. These issues need fixing..

The location is quite central. This made it easy to walk to places like Bo-Kaap. Breakfast included various choices and excellent coffee. The staff was always ready to assist.
The terrace music was LOUD on occasion. I could not always relax in my room. The sound seemed like a club scene at times. I think this hotel is inconsiderate.

I stayed for several nights and appreciated its great location. It was easy to access city center attractions. Staff members were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast had limited options, yet was still suitable for my needs. The rooms provided adequate charging points.
The gym had old equipment that needed updating. I hope they improve it soon.
